Thank You and Farewell to Our President, Phil Decker!
 
The SSC Board of Directors recently bid a formal and fond farewell to Phil Decker, our President for the past year and previous VP of Fun. Phil has been a constant and hard-working volunteer of the SSC for many years. We have all benefited from his leadership and will miss his great sense of humor as well as his contributions of time and spirit to the SSC.

As you move on to greener pastures in DC, good luck Phil. Happy sailing and thank you for all your hard work to make the SSC such a vibrant club!
